Refund policy

Returns are not currently accepted due to each print being made to order for each customer. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can find a resolution for you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will request a photograph of the damage (or incorrect item) and a photograph of the packaging.
