Shipping policy
All domestic orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, please ensure that the address is correct when completing checkout.
Shipping generally takes 4-10 business days but can take much longer around peak shopping seasons.
International shipping can take up to 30 days, please keep this in mind when ordering to an international address.
Tracking issues or "Lost" packages
Orders are very rarely lost, in 99% of cases, your order is just running late. In the event that your order has not arrived within 14 business days after your order ships, please get in touch and let us know. If your tracking status is "undelivered" and it has stopped updating, we will most likely ask you to wait an additional 2 weeks after the last update to see if your order starts moving again or is delivered. If it is not delivered and the tracking does not update during that time we are happy to send a replacement.
