An astronaut in a classic domed helmet gazes up as a space shuttle soars past a ringed planet and a cratered moon, trailing a bold red arc across a starry navy sky. This vintage space race poster has the striking, graphic look of a mid-century space travel poster, in a classic palette of navy, red and cream.
It captures all the wonder and ambition of the early days of space exploration. This retro astronaut wall art suits anyone who grew up dreaming of rockets, moon landings and the stars beyond.
It makes a brilliant Father’s Day gift for a dad who still remembers watching the launches. It’s also a great gift for an aerospace engineer or pilot who’s always had their eyes on the sky, or a cool birthday gift for a teenager who wants to be an astronaut one day.
Perfect For
Space and astronomy fans, aerospace engineers and pilots, space history buffs, dads and teens who love rockets, fans of retro mid-century poster art.
